Naicee is a noticeboard, not a shop. We do not own, breed, house, transport, inspect or sell any dog. Everything below follows from that.

What Naicee is, and is not
This site lets people say publicly that they have puppies available, or that they are looking for one. That is the whole service. Every dog described here belongs to the person who posted the listing.
We are not a party to any sale, we take no commission, we hold no money, and we make no promise about any dog, any person or any transaction you find here. If a listing turns out to be false, your agreement is with the person who wrote it, not with us.
Using the site
You must be 18 or older to post a listing or make an offer.
One account per person, registered to a phone number you control.
Do not post on someone else's behalf without telling them.
Do not scrape the site, harvest phone numbers, or use anything here to send bulk messages.
What you promise when you post a listing
The dog exists, is yours, and you are entitled to place it.
The breed, age, sex, health and vaccination status are described honestly.
The photographs are of the actual animal, taken by you or used with permission.
The price is the price. Undisclosed additional charges after an offer is accepted are grounds for removal.
You will not knowingly place a sick animal without disclosing the condition.
What is not allowed here
Listings are reviewed before they appear. These are removed, and repeat offenders are banned:
Any animal that is not a domestic dog. Indian wildlife is protected under the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, and offering it is a criminal matter, not a listing we will moderate.
Dogs offered for fighting, baiting or any blood sport.
Puppies under eight weeks old, or any offer to separate a puppy from its mother before then.
Advertising ear cropping, tail docking, debarking or any cosmetic mutilation as a feature.
Cross-breeds or imported dogs passed off as a native breed.
Sellers who will not let a buyer see the puppy and its mother in person before payment.
Repeated commercial litters from a breeder not registered with their State Animal Welfare Board, as required by the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Dog Breeding and Marketing) Rules, 2017.
Abusive, misleading or discriminatory language, and contact details belonging to somebody else.
Offers are conversations, not contracts
The offer feature exists so the two of you can agree a number before meeting. An accepted offer is not a binding contract of sale, does not reserve the dog, and does not oblige either of you to go through with anything. Nothing is settled until you have met in person and agreed between yourselves.
We strongly suggest you see the dog and both parents before any money changes hands, and that you never pay a deposit to somebody you have not met.
Moderation
Every listing is read by a person before it is published, and we can remove any listing, at any time, without giving a reason. That is a deliberate design choice for a marketplace where the goods are alive; it is not a promise that everything published is true. Moderation catches what is visible in a listing. It cannot verify a dog we have not met.
Photographs and content you post
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to display it on the site and app, and to show it in a listing preview. If you delete the listing or your account, that permission ends and the images go.
Breed photographs elsewhere on the site are used under their own licences, credited on the page where they appear.
Where we stand if something goes wrong
We provide this site as it is. We do not warrant that a listing is accurate, that a seller is honest, or that a dog is healthy — we are telling you plainly that we cannot know these things.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a transaction you arrange through this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights against the person you actually dealt with.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like, from the Account page. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. If we do, listings go with it.
Changes, and which law applies
We will post a new date at the top of this page when these terms change, and material changes will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use Naicee after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
